Whatcha think?
It's interesting to note Elijah's skin tone. I wonder if that was the camera or if I altered the picture for the lighting? I've never thought his skin was any darker than the other two...it's very fair. Elijah's head was very round, Hudson's is in-between and Emmaline's is a little longer. They were all three about the same age...somewhere between 4 and 6 months when these pictures were taken.It's always funny to hear people's opinions of who they look like. When Emmaline and I were at the doctor's office yesterday, one nurse said, "Oh, she looks like her Mommy!" and 30 seconds later, we passed another nurse who said, "Doesn't she look like her Daddy!?" Ha.
When we were home in Louisiana, we heard a lot of comments that Elijah looks like Leighton. It's interesting to hear because no one here knows my brother, so they wouldn't consider it. In one picture, Nick thought Hudson looked like Chris, his brother. I'm sure the Roarks see their side of the family in them as well. I'll post baby pictures of Nick and me some day and do a little comparing. It's fun to see such a neat mixture of both families!
(I always think it sounds wrong to say "Nick and me" but it's grammatically correct in that sentence isn't it? If you take out "Nick and"...it can stand alone. Correct me if I'm wrong!)
