At one month and 5 days late, we finally had Elijah's 3rd birthday party. We survived our March Madness with a stomach bug, then the 2 week quarantine (it's contagious for 2 weeks!), then Hudson had a fever virus, then we went to Louisiana. So we picked a Thursday when most of the daddys were off work (PBC), and had a Construction Zone party. It was a rainy day, so it was a perfect excuse for a playdate! Elijah kept saying, "It's birthday time!" all day, and when he woke up from his nap, we celebrated until bedtime. We kept it really low-key with pizza and a dirt cake, and it was the perfect way to do it. All of Elijah's friends were able to come, so I'm so glad we waited to have the party! Thanks for coming, everyone!
