Mother's Day

This was my Mother's Day gift:

Yes.  It was very awesome.

Nick and I left at 8 am on Saturday and headed to Wilmington.

We had lunch at Sweet and Savory and read on the beach all afternoon.

The weather was glorious.

We went back to Sweet and Savory for dinner.

Yes, we are obsessed with that place.
It's not impressive looking...but you just wait.

Then we drove back and got home at 8:30 pm.

I love, love, love living 2 hours from the coast.

It doesn't get any better that.

And it was just what I wanted (and needed).

and for blessing me with such a great Mother's Day gift too!
